When will my order ship?
We have a 3 business day processing time for shipping—but we try to get them out the door sooner! You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need your order in a hurry, send us an email at erin@shopmelona.com and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Do you accept returns?
We do. Visit our Returns + Exchanges page for more info on our return policy.
Do you offer in-store pick-up for locals?
We do! Just select local pickup at checkout. We'll have it ready for you the same day if you order during shop hours or the following business day if you order after hours.
