Returns + Exchanges
Melona will accept your return within 14 days from when the item was delivered. If you return the item past this 14 day window, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return your item must be unworn and with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase must be provided with any returned item. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for apothecary products or intimate apparel.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. We are not liable for lost returns. Please make sure your package is tracked and insured.
Once we receive your return, you'll receive a notification via email and your refund will be processed back to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
If you'd like to make an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can put the item on hold if needed.
